Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty:

Quality is our highest priority at JACO. If you feel that a garment or piece of equipment is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact a customer service representative for details on how to exchange the product.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Team and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. If the same style and size are not available, a substitute replacement of comparable value will be given.


Return Policy:

Within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with your JACOclothing.com purchase, return it for a full refund or exchange. If you are missing your return label, please contact JACO Athletics, LLC and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you.

Any item that is returned that does not meet our inspection and evaluation from our Quality Team will not be eligible for a return. Items must be free of: dirt, odors (i.e. cigarette, sweat, detergent, any sports medication, etc), animal dander, deodorant marks, and any visible signs of wear and tear.

For Hygiene Purposes: We cannot accept any returns on protective cups or mouthpieces.

How to return your JACOclothing.com order:

Please include the following information on your return form:

  1. Item(s) that you are returning
  2. The reason for the return (items too big, too small, etc)
  3. What you would like to exchange your item(s) for (please include styles and/or sizes) or if you want a refund on your credit card.

Items will be automatically refunded if there isn't an exchange request or if a reason for the return is not included with the return shipment.

Simply box up the items you wish to return, in new condition, in their original packaging along with the completed return form on the back of your packing slip. Securely affix the enclosed FedEx return service label on the outside of the box and be sure to cover or cross out any previous address labels or barcodes. Packages can be dropped off at any FedEx Staffed location, FedEx Office, or authorized FedEx Ship Center. To find a location near you, visit fedex.com/us and click "Locations".

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card if an exchange is not requested. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days after your credit is posted to your account.

Returns from Canada:

JACO Athletics, LLC cannot provide a return label for our Canadian Customers. Please ship your exchange/refund back to us and we will reimburse you with a JACO credit for up to $25.00 for shipping charges. To avoid extra charges, please send your items through economy shipping.

Please note: JACO is not able to accept merchandise obtained from a retailer other than JACOclothing.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.
