We are all very excited for what the future holds, and hopefully, I'll be seeing a lot of Tenacity logos on people at Everton matches. Yes, Everton. Go Toffees.
Big thank you to Jeremy Piven for showing us some love as he hit the tennis courts the other day. I feel like he wanted to invite me to play with him, but he knew that my forehand volley is the stuff that Ivan lendl still talks about.
Anthony Johnson kicked off 2014 with a bang by knocking out Mike Kyle at World Series of Fighting 8. I was fortunate enough to be there cageside to shoot all the action.
We were honored to hold the open workouts for the World Series of Fighting this morning at our Hybrid Training Center.
Our own Anthony "Rumble" Johnson is fighting Mike Kyle as one of the main attractions of the evening. Watch it all go down live from Florida on NBC Sports Saturday night.

Rashad Evans is preparing for his fight against Daniel Cormier. Sometimes I think people see the sparring/training photos and don't realize that's usually only 1/3 of the day. Weight training and conditioning play a huge role.
It may not be the most glamorous thing in the world, but getting your hand raised at the end of the fight sure is.
After seeing FSU win the BCS title last night, I thought to myself, didn't I shoot someone wearing a FSU shirt? Down here I usually see Miami or UF gear, that's why it stuck in my head. Luckily, I dug back into my brain files and voila!
Crossfit program at Jaco HTC continues to grow, and it is pretty awesome to see people from all walks of life and skill/activity level in there pushing themselves to what is usually good music. I'd say they have a 95% success rate on dope tunes during Crossfit. Which is 50% of a workout, most of the time. 60/40. And so on.
